Pasture Raised Angus Beef

Anticipated Cost For Spring 2025 Grass Fed and 60 Day Finished Whole Beef*

  • Deposit of $1,000 to reserve your angus beef. *Deposit will be applied to final payment.
  • Hanging weight of approximately 650 lbs. (Hanging weight used to determine price).
  • Price per pound of hanging weight as measured by Butcher: $5.75/lb.
  • Will provide take-home weight of 420-450 lbs.
  • Estimated costs to be paid directly to Rancher: $5.75x650lbs.= $3,737.50
  • Checks for the above to be made payable to: Ryan Helligso.


Anticipated Cost To Be Paid By Buyer Directly To Butcher

  • Kill fee of $100.00.
  • Custom cut and wrap fee of $1.00/lb. of hanging weight.
  • Butcher will contact you within (5) days for cutting instructions.
  • Estimated cost paid directly to Butcher: $650.00 ($1x650 lbs.) + $100.00 kill fee= $750.00. 

* All totals are estimates as hanging weights will vary by animal. *Grass finished whole angus beef options available.
